What we know so far:

• The first unofficial name was probably "Digimon Around" 
  (based on several Internet sites, November 2009)
• Key chains featuring some new Digimon will be released in an online shop (Greymon, Dorurumon, Shoutmon, Monitormon und Ballistamon)

• These new Digimon seem to play an important role in the next season
  
• Another online shop is starting the sell of the key chains in July so the Release of the TV series should be around this date, too

• Based on an official VJump Scan the new season will be called "Digimon XRos Wars" instead of "Digimon Around". The name of the main protagonist is Taiki Kudou (13) who is a warmhearted boy  and who helps out wherever he can. He will lead an army of digimon against the evil powers.

• His partner will be Shoutmon what has an so-called Lock Spirit which seems to be linked to the digivolution system. Shoutmon protects the Village of Peace and so the villagers honored him as the leader.
  
• There will be more kids than just Taiki
